onion 70 g

25 g almonds
50 g fresh prawns
50 g fresh mussels
30 g fresh octopus

30 g squid

Prepare a sauce with onion, garlic and chopped tomato, has to be okay chopped

When the sauce is done, add the mussels, peeled prawns, a pulto leg cut, several rings of squid, a stock cube, a pinch of saffron and what we have in the mortar
Add water to cover everything, keep in mind that we are making a soup simmering everything together and leave for 8-10 minutes, to take taste. It’s really good.
