200g dried dates
goat cheese, soft 70 g
100 g breadcrumbs
cumin 10 g
Natural Bones of dates with a knife trying not to break them. Fill in the dates with a piece of goat cheese
Ground cumin Mix with the breadcrumbs and make a double batter (egg-egg-bread-bread)
Fry the dates in hot oil until golden only batter (about 30sec).
