mushrooms 400 g
40 ml semi-skimmed milk
In a fry pan with some height onion and garlic in hot oil. When browned add the onion and sliced mushrooms clean. We lowered the intensity of the heat and let it cook with the lid on the pan for about 15 minutes
Then sprinkle flour, sauté with mushrooms fried until dissolved. We dip with 1 liter of water and deciliter of milk, let it boil for 10 minutes over low heat, grind in a blender and put a pinch of salt.
