In a large pot put two thirds water, salt, cloves and bay leaf. Put the steamer rack and cook the ribs for 30 minutes trying not uncover the pot to keep steam.
Napar the ribs generously with barbecue sauce and place in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for fifteen minutes.
Peel and laminar potatoes and fennel. Cut pepper into thin strips and season. Add the thyme and olive oil and bake for 30 minutes. Serve the ribs with the side of potatoes.
