  • 4 cups size you boiled soy beans
  • 4 tbsp. wheat bran
  • 4 tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 4 tbsp. oat bran
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • Sal - Nutmeg - Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. skim milk
  • * spoon to use is the tureen

Saute the onion and garlic with vegetable spray. (cooking spray)
Make a puree with beans and add sauteed vegetables, a clear, salt, pepper, nutmeg, onion, oat bran and parsley.
Lightly beat the two remaining egg with the milk, mix the breadcrumbs with the germ and bran.
Form cakes with mashed. Moisten the clear mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
Lubricate with vegetable spray (cooking spray) and cook in moderate oven until brown.
