Rice with tomatoes and peppers Fried Recipes

Ingredients:

100 g rice
500 ml broth
onion 40 g
canned crushed tomatoes 400 g
pepper green 5
200 g potato

Peel and dice the potatoes into small squares. Fry the potatoes and leave them with enough oil dripping
Chop the onion and put to fry in a pan with a little oil. Add chopped peppers one of the very fine and when all poached check the crushed tomatoes and leaves several minutes until the tomato is made
Put to heat the chicken stock in a pan, when hot pour it on the pan with the tomatoes and stir everything well
When the broth begins to boil, add the rice and let the rice simmering until stock evaporates almost completely
Fry the peppers aside and go with the rice with fried sweet peppers tomato and chips.
