black chocolate 75 g
puff pastry sheet 1 piece
whole eggs 1 piece
Small icing sugar 3 tbsp
2 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles

Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin until a thickness of 0.5 cm
Cut the pastry into equal rectangular portions. In our case we went in August
Cut the chocolate into bars the same as the pastry (do not worry if you break the chocolate)
Place a chocolate bar in the center of the pastry
Fold the pastry over the piece of chocolate
Place another chocolate bar on top of the pastry (see photo)
Return to bend and close the pastry over itself
Place on a tray with baking paper and brush with beaten egg
Bake at 190 ° for 15 min
Cool on a wire rack, sprinkle with icing sugar and add chocolate sprinkles if desired
