Unit 4 whole eggs
150 g sugar
100 g wheat flour
cornstarch 100 g
1 tablespoon yeast

Separate the yolks from the whites of four eggs. Put the yolks in a bowl and bátelas with 100 grams of sugar. Beat until creamy smooth
