200 g sugar
lemon 4 Unit
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
500 ml water
egg white 2 Unit

The first thing we will do is scrape the zest one of the lemons, reserving the rest of them to make the lemon juice. Boil the water, sugar and cinnamon and then allowed to cool to mix after the juice and lemon zest and gets into the fridge.

Then beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt, and mix it with what we have in the fridge, we put it back in the fridge until cold and a little hard.
