Tuna With Green Pepper Sauce Recipes

Ingredients:

100 g fresh tuna
green pepper 2 Unit
Onion 250 g
carrot 1 piece
50 ml white wine
200 g potatoes

Chop the vegetables (carrots, peppers and onions) and place in a pan with oil to fry with a pinch of salt
When the vegetables are squishy add the white wine and let a little more for the wine evaporates
On the other hand we fry the potatoes while preparing irlas
Once the wine has reduced everything to put it beat with a mixer to make it fairly thin sauce. If too thick add a little water to your liking. Pass the sauce through a sieve to remove larger debris
Put to heat a pan with little oil, turn the tuna chunks and make them on both sides until golden brown
Serves 6 pieces of tuna with potatoes or potato balls and green sauce.
