Ingredients:

400 g potato
1000 ml broth
mushrooms 300 g
onion 100 g
tomato 2 Unit
clove garlic 2 Unit
1 little paprika
20 g Thyme
olive oil 3 tbsp
Parsley 20 g
1 teaspoon salt

Peel the onion and chop
fry in a deep pan with oil ten m inutes, until translucent, Peel the garlic and chop
Add the garlic, thyme and tomatoes peeled and grated or crushed tomatoes
fry again about 15 minutes, approximately, stirring to prevent sticking
Peel and dice the potatoes into even pieces
Clean thoroughly removing the earthy mushrooms. Dry with a damp cloth and chop
Stir in potatoes and mushrooms to the pan. Sauté five minutes and add the paprika
Add salt and pepper, pour the wine and hot broth
Bake for 20 mintues, until the potatoes are tender
Let stand minutes
You can throw parsley on top.
