Number of servings:
300 ml olive oil
250g fresh cod
5 Unit garlic
1 chilli pepper to taste
Chopped garlic sauté in a pan with oil for a few minutes. Do the same with the chilli
After we put in the same oil to fry the cod fillets on both sides until they are well done
Oil the pan we threw a bowl, and mix with a little clean oil to form a savory sauce. To this mixture we take the cod loins and put it all back in a pan, heat a few minutes left not very strong. We add the garlic and chilli to fry at the beginning and go.
