750 g kiwi
1500 ml skimmed milk
25 g mint
teaspoon sugar

First peel and clean well the Kiwis, trying that hard parts are free of bark. The chop and reserve some to decorate the batter at the end
In the bowl of a blender put the kiwi, milk and crushed ice. Beat until a fine mixture with some foam. If you find it necessary to add some sugar
divvy up the smoothie into glasses and garnish with some slices of kiwi and mint leaves
We left a few minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
