minced beef 400 g
whole eggs 2 Unit
Onion 130 g
200 g breadcrumbs
clove garlic 3 Unit
Parsley 30 g
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
200 g wheat flour

We take a bowl and put the minced meat, two eggs broken, very finely chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic likewise, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper
Using your hands to make a mass start with all these ingredients, once well mixed and kneaded all, cover with plastic wrap and reserve
After passing a couple of hours, we’ll be taking ground balls and making it go through crushed flour to fry in a pan with oil over medium
