150 ml whole milk
teaspoon sugar 6
3 tablespoon cornstarch
80 ml ​​water
70 g orange peel
egg yolk 2 Unit
100 ml orange juice
orange marmalade 4 tbsp

Dissolve the sugar in milk and bring to a boil in a saucepan
Dissolve cornstarch in water as well as the milk starts to boil add it along with the orange zest. Go stirring constantly about 3 minutes and remove from heat
Then mix the yolks with the juice and when the above has rested a bit, add stirring vigorously. Bring back the fire and boil a few minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add the liqueur and mix well
Pour into glasses and garnish with orange marmalade.
