Ingredients:

1000 g tomato
olive oil 3 tbsp
cucumber 1 piece
onion 100 g
tablespoon vinegar 6
1 teaspoon salt
garlic powder 1 tablespoon
apple 1 piece

To prepare this traditional and famous Gazpacho recipe, the first thing we have to do is chop the tomatoes, onion, and apple pepeino and run it through a blender with oil, vinegar and salt.

I beat everything well until creamy and homogenous us. After a masher had to remove all impurities.

And ready for dishing, we can finish the dish with some diced apple or cucumber over the cream.
