1 package of Asian noodles
250 g pork loin Rustic
100 g of mushrooms (oyster)
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Boil noodles in plenty of water, according to package directions, reserve
Cut the pork loin, vegetables and mushrooms into thin strips
Mix the sauce ingredients: oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar, reserve
In a wok or large skillet with oil, garlic and ginger, fry all the ingredients separately, pork until golden, vegetables will leave them al dente.
Once we have all the ingredients we add to the wok: pork, vegetables, mushrooms and noodles, fry everything together for a minute, we added the sauce, in small amounts.
