300 g clams
leek 80 g
Start cooking the beans in salted water for a couple of hours, ideally two or three times to add some cold water to open up more with the temperature change
Chop fine leeks, peppers, onion and garlic. Now in a pan with a little oil to fry put everything. When the vegetables have good color add the chopped tomatoes and a glass of wine and stir
Once you have set the sauce, add the clams and leave cooking until they open
Finally add the cooked beans and simmering along and we all take several minutes to taste.
