300 g broccoli
leek 150 g
20 g butter
150 ml cream
80 ml olive oil
To prepare this fabulous recipe for cream of broccoli, we remove the green parts of the leeks, and chop very thinly sliced
We put it to soften in a pan with the oil and melt matequilla. Then we add the broccoli and cover with chicken broth
We let cook gently for half an hour, and went through the blender with the cream. Finally rectify with salt.
