Put milk in a saucepan with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick, left in the fire until it begins to boil, turn off the heat and let it become warm milk and take the taste of cinnamon and lemon
In a bowl mix the sugar with the egg yolks. Gradually add milk while mixing going. We put everything back in the fire until boiling, stirring constantly as we can stick. We distributed this mixture into bowls, put a cookie on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve
If you want me to stay as yellow as the business will have to add a little food coloring. Enjoy them!
