300 g cabbage

1 peça de llimona
50 g raisins
2 tablespoon mustard
1 culleradeta de pebre negre
1 culleradeta de sal
mayonnaise 200 g

Thoroughly wash the cabbage and cut into thin strips, the thinner the better. If you have a grater or a food processor with this feature, perfect. After also grated carrots after peeling, apple and onion. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze over the juice of half a lemon. Mix well and leave. Now we have to prepare the sauce.
